This app is just like an conference call. Means in the conference call we talk more that two people but in this app we can do meeting max 250 people's. So it is just like an a conference call. But in this we are able to view any person that is present in the meeting.

What is New Meeting in Google Meet ?

So friends if you have to create meeting means if you  want to create your own meeting so you should choose the New Meeting option in Google Meet app. After that if you have have created the meeting so you are the host.

What is HOST ?

So friends you think that what is meant the Host in Google Meet app meeting conference. So Host means if anyone want to add in the meeting so they need to ask permission from you. If you allow they they should enter in the meeting. If you can't understand so please read the full article.

So if you want to take your own meeting so you should click the New Meeting. After clicking on that you should successfully created your own meeting. But now you have to invite people's in your own meeting.

How to invite peoples in the Meeting ?

So friends you have learn how to create the meeting in Google Meet. So now you have to invite people's in the meeting. So when you click on the New Meeting after that your camera should be open. So now you have to click on the [I] button. Or you have directly option of the share. So you should click on the Share. After that you should share the link on the Whatsapp, facebook, twitter, instagram etc. And you should give a time to join in the meeting. If you give the 4:00 PM time. So you are the host of the meeting means this meeting is created from your device. So you should have to come 3:55 PM in the meeting.

Means if you are the host of the meeting so you should join the meeting before five or ten minutes. Now friends you think that how you should join the meeting [Means how the host will join in the meeting]
So you should open the link that you have share and you have two option
1] Google Meet.
2] Chrome.

So you have to click on the Google Meet. And you have joined in the meeting. It is very easy to use.

How to join in the meeting ?

So friends anyone have send you a meeting URL. So first you check that your internet connection is on. And after that check can you install the Google Meet app if not so download from hear. And also check that can your Google Meet app is up to date. Means can your Google Meet app is updated if not so please update it.

After that open that link that any one person had send to you. After opening the link you have a two options that are Google Meet and Chrome. Noe you have to choose Google Meet. So friends please read this paragraph carefully because this lines should confuse you to join in the meeting.

So friends if you click on the Google Meet. Then if you have a option of 1] Ask to join.    2] Present.

So you have to wait because the host can't have the meeting. But if you have a option like 1] Join meeting  2]  Present.
So the host is successfully join in the meeting. If you have a option of Ask to join so if you have to click on the Ask to present so till the host can't join in the meeting you should wait.

How to start meeting in the Google Meet ?

So friends you can't do anything start the meeting and the Host also can't need to do anything because you have  successfully join in the meeting. But first you have to click on the screen and unmute your audio and video. If you can't unmute your audio then if you speak anything so anyone can't listen because your audio is off.

Now the meeting have started successfully.

How to share the PDF in the Google Meet app ?

Now if you have to share the PDF or any images. So it is also very easy. So in first the person who want to share the PDF or the anything so firstly he need to click on the three  dots in right upper side of the video screen. But there is one thing that at one time only one person should share this. After he should off the screen then the second person should share the PDF or any other thing.

So for that first you have to click on the three dots and then you have to click on the present screen. After that you have to click on start. Now whatever you want to share you should share. So whatever you should operate on your screen the candidates in the meeting should able to view on the screen. And if your sharing is completed so due the the help of recent app come back in the Google Meet app and click on stop presenting.
