Today means on date 6 December the mahaparinirwan diwas was celebrated. But now I am telling you about DR Babasaheb Ambedkar.

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar is the only Dalit leader who is the most respected and worshipped by Dalit community all over India. He was a law maker and he respect the rule of law. He always followed the a path was a peaceful residence to unjust rules and customs.
Dr. Ambedkar was a born at Mahu, Dist. Indore, M.P. His name was Bhimrao and his father Ramji was a retired military man. His mother name was Bhimabai. He complected his school and collage education and obtained B.A. Then he got M.A. Economics. After this he was given finance by Maharaja Sayajirao Gaikwad of Badoda state to study abroad. He went to USA and enrolled in Columbia University. He complected Ph. D he used to and then master of science and come back. Again he went to England and become Bar- At Law. Because of his P.h. D he used to be called doctor. He got married with Ramabai. After his return, he started working as lecturer in Sydenham College, Bombay. He served there from 1923 to 1937.
From 1936 he started taking part in social and political activities. Before that he had started a periodical Bahishkrut Bharat = Outcast India. In the year 1927 he organised teh famous agitation at Mahad for getting drinking water form water tank. Prior to this, Dalit community people were not allowed to use this water.
Then he got appointment on Law commission of Bombay state. In the year 1930 he went to 1st Round Table Conference held in London. His knowledge and style of English impressed everyone at the conference.
In the year 1931 he had successful dialog with Gandhiji and later the famous pune karar [Poona Agreement] came into existence in which some seats were reserved for assembly and parliament elections. In 1935 he was appointed principal of Govt. of law college.
After 1940 he was appointed on the advisory council of Governor General of India. Before independent, a constituent Assembly was formed to prepare the Constitution of India. His knowledge and experience was acknowledge by the Government and he was appointed Chairman of that assembly. Other famous members were pandit Jawahar lal Nehru , Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Kabhiyala Munshi etc. Dr. Babasaheb used all his knowledge and experience and worked incessantly for months together in drafting the Constitution. Even the preamble is notable and worth reading. After Independence he was make law minister of central government, he remained in that post till first general election.
In parallel to this he had started new collage at Auranagabad, which proposed and became famous under his relationship and he founded people education society.
Dr. Ambedkar was thinking of changing his religion for a long period. After studying many religions he made his choice and decided to embrace Buddhism.
He gave reason for his choices as Buddhism is part of Indian culture. It is needless to say that incidence on Ahimsa was very near to his law makers instinct if following the rule of law and non - violence in purchasing your demands. He got married with Dr. Savita Kuber in the last part of life.
He entered Buddhist Religion along with thousands of his followers at Deeksha Bhumi Nagpur Maharashtra India on 14 October 1956 which was Dassara. Unfortunately he fell I'll very soon. He left this world on 6th December 1956. This day is observed as Maha - Pari - Nirvana Din by his followers .
